『花椿』2025年号（No.833）を2025年10月15日（水）に刊行しました。
今号は、昨年に続きパリと京都を拠点に活動するアートディレクター、エリック・ピヨ氏とともに制作しました。
『花椿』を編むにはもちろん、人が何かをつくりあげるときの源にあるのは、さまざまな“願い”です。夜空に思いを馳せる時間、海の地平線を見つめる眼差し、目を閉じて誰かを思うとき——。静かに願う姿の中に、美しさと尊さを見出した一冊となりました。
『花椿』はこれからも、832号から続くグローバルなまなざしのもとで、花椿らしい“美”のかたちを紡いでいきます。

Hanatsubaki No.833 (2025 issue) Now Available
Continuing from last year, this issue was created in collaboration with art director Éric Pillault, who is based in Paris and Kyoto.
At the heart of making Hanatsubaki—and of all acts of creation—lies a multitude of wishes.
Moments spent gazing at the night sky, looking out toward the horizon of the sea, or quietly thinking of someone with eyes closed—within these gestures of wishing, we find beauty and grace.
This edition embodies that quiet sentiment.
Hanatsubaki will continue to weave its own expression of beauty, under a global gaze that began with issue No.832.
